Liquid Chlorine Vaporizer Manufacturing Company India
The liquid chemical is transferred to the evaporator chamber from the container by pressure. This chamber is immersed in a controlled heated water bath, which increases the temperature of the liquid, causing it to boil. Liquid enters the chamber and maintains the required liquid level necessary to meet the vaporization rate for the gas demand.

A change in gas demand will cause the chlorine liquid level to adjust. The gas released, rises through baffles and superheated as it leaves the chamber. A superheated gas is required to prevent gas reliquefaction in process piping.
In locations where hot water is available at a low cost, this type of vaporizer is specially suitable. The liquid chemical is fed to the tube side and hot water is re-circulated in the shell side to enable the vaporisation process.

The vaporizer design meets all chlorine institute recommendations with suitable corrosion allowances.Ease of maintenance is the key attraction in this design.
The liquid chemical is introduced through liquid inlet, which is connected to the bottom of the vaporizer. Here the liquid rises to contact sufficient heating surface to meet the vapour demand rate. After equilibrium is reached, vaporizer operates at essentially on the chemical container pressure. As gas demand reduces, the gas pressure at the vaporizer raises and reduces the inflow of liquid feed.

On sudden shut down of gas valve, liquid would be forced out of vaporizing chamber back to the container. This vaporizer is available in the bayonet type or the drum and coil construction.
